How do you choose and train your staff?

We hire only the top 1% of applicants, all college graduates with at least five years of experience and advanced English proficiency. Staff receive continuous classroom training, monthly co-working, and hands-on coaching from our management team.

Can I hire more than one team member?

Absolutely. Many clients work with multiple VAs or Remote Staff, including specialists such as bookkeepers, developers, and marketers. Our model is flexible and scalable.

How do I communicate with my team?

You can use email, WhatsApp, Skype, phone, Slack, or our MySigrid Web/Mobile App. All communication is centralized and task-managed within our platform.

Do you offer backup support?

Yes. Every dedicated VA is supported by a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Associate VAs, 24/7 backup staff, and functional specialists to ensure continuous service.

How can I monitor my subscription and tasks?
